Steve is a big fan of all things truly innovative -- it's what motivates him.  While still in his teens, Steve became a certified SCUBA diver (under the guidance of SF master Arthur C. Clarke - whose influence propelled him to become a writer and journalist).  After working for ABC News covering stories in far off Sri Lanka - Steve moved to New York city to hone his craft in film and television production.  An offer to work for Peter Hyams on 2010, the sequel to 2001: a space odyssey - furthered his career in movies, stage, radio and TV production.  A life course change brought him to the highlands of New Mexico, where he first encountered the amazing Trikke Carving Vehicles.  The Trikke met his quest for innovation and personal fitness and just plain having fun.  After being trained by Fred Welch in Sausalito, California - Steve achieved a personal goal of Trikking the coastal towns from San Francisco to San Diego.  Upon returning to Alto, NM - Steve took up the Trikke SKKI and mastered it while taking to the slopes at Ski Apache and Ski Cloudcroft (the two southern most Ski areas in the USA - where Steve can claim that he is the only person - so far - to Trikke Skki these locations!).

Steve is proud to have trained a 60+ year old gentleman from El Paso who went on to become a Trikke Trainer himself.  Steve rides a T8Air, T12, TPon-e - and a TSkki -- and is anxious for Gildo Beleski and the Trikke team to unveil the next innovation in Trikkes.
