MARCH 10TH - 11TH w/ bonus Skki Day Friday the 9th
Riders of ALL levels are invited to join us for our 3rd Annual National Riding Skkool!
Last year was a great success. But, this year we're changing things up a bit. ...as in... Viva Las Vegas!
As a Riding Skkool location, Vegas allows us to hold this event early in the year, so that our riders can take advantage of their entire riding season. It also happens to be one of the only location that allows us the opportunity to offer (our first ever) Bonus Skki Day as a part of the National Riding Skkool. The bonus Skki Day will be on the Friday the 9th.
We will absolutely sell out for this event, so book early to ensure your spot! AND... Take advantage of a great discounted rate.

Hotel rate is $99 for Fri-Sat and $59 for the Sunday to Thursday. You can stay through and attend the Academy as well or just enjoy a little extra Vegas time after the event.

MARCH 16TH - 18TH w/ bonus Skki Day Thursday the 15th
This will be our 4th time in beautiful Las Vegas!
We host an Academy here every year. Why? Primarily because it's one of the only locations where you can have great weather for rolling on wheels, and skiing on skkis. ...all at the same time!
Come experience this "early-season" Academy date so you can take full advantage of your entire riding season in your area.
This is our ONLY Academy with a Bonus Skki Day. If you missed the Skki Inn, this will be your day of learning and fun on the legendary Trikke Skki. The bonus Skki Day will be on the Thursday the 15th.
Academy Tech Coordinator, Andy Pliska, of Southbay Trikke will be running our Tech Class.
( BONUS "ELEKKTRICS MONDAY": We will also be offering our popular Elekktrics class. This is, where we take a serious look at the ever-growing world of personal mobility, - a full day of classes focused on the PEV (personal electric vehicle) market, including the tech, and the riding. )
Hotel rate is $99 for Fri-Sat and $59 for the Sunday to Thursday prior to the event. Come early and make a vacation out of it, or join us for the Riding Skkool the weekend prior.
( RIDING CLINIKK LOCATION: For anyone interested in taking part in Academy riding classes, there will be a separate 3 HR. Riding Clinikk held on the Saturday, during this Academy. )

April 27th - 29th (w/ optional Electrikks class on Monday the 30th.)
For the first time ever, Trikke Academy will be heading to Kansas City, MO. Smack-dab in the middle of the country, this location is easily approachable, no matter where you live.
Our hotel in this historic city is right near Country Club Plaza. It's also just a short trikke ride away from Union Station (pictured), the very cool Power & Light District, and captivating WWI World War One memorial, the only one in the country.
Jeff Morgan, of Midwest Trikke will be running our Tech classes and will be available for riding tips.

JUNE 15TH - 17TH
This Academy is long over due. That's why we're pleased to announce that Trikke Academy will be heading to the north east in 2012.
Easily accessible from just about anywhere on the east coast, we'll be setting up shop just minutes away from historic Philadelphia, PA.
By June, the weather is going to be beautiful for some great riding. We're excited to hit this region of the country. It's our first visit to the east coast, so let's share a Philly cheese (and then burn it off !)

SEPTEMBER 7th - 9th
Another first for the Trikke Academy... We are heading to the beautiful city of Charleston, South Carolina.
In 2011, Charleston was honored as the top American travel destination by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler Magazine.
That's why we consider Charleston to be one of our destination locations. We've arranged for a beautiful hotel, just minutes away from the historic district, and the east coast's French Quarter.
You may want to add a few days onto this one, and turn it into a vacation.

OCTOBER (DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED - SOON)
Only 15 mins from LAX, our Redondo Beach (LA) Academy is definitely one of our most popular locations. Everything you need is right close by. Less than a mile from the historic Redondo Pier, or take a 15 minute ride along the strand to Hermosa Beach. (...here's another location you just may want to make a vacation out of.)
This is a great multi-terrain location, with easy access to great hill climbing workshops.
There is lots of great local Dealer support, and Trainers from all over Southern California often come take part & help out. It’s a nice way to connect with others, and get some "boots-on-the-ground" perspective.
And once again, Trikke inventor /designer, Gildo Beleski will be on hand to help with the Tech Classes & Riding Workshops. If you think this location might work for your schedule, you won't want to miss it.

Academy locations are chosen based on a variety of factors: interest / season / dealer location / “destination location” / etc
Some things to consider are:
- Which best fits your calendar? Do you want to bring your spouse, close relative, business partner, etc??
- Hotel price /package. – You are never obligated to stay in the chosen hotel. Since that is often where at least some of the classes are held, you may need to make sure you are within trikking distance, or have transportation to and from.
- Will you even need a rental car anyway? – We often choose a hotel that is close enough to an airport that a shuttle or taxi may be less expensive. A shuttle may also be provided by the hotel.
- Within driving distance? (You’ll have wheels while you’re there, and can BYOtrikke.)
We keep Academy classes to a maximum of 25 sign-ups/people, -- plus guests. Class size does vary based on a variety of factors. Please call to see if we are sold out /at capacity /full. There are advantages to both bigger and smaller classes.
Academies are not cookie cutter. Each location is different, and definitely plays a role in the flow, the tone, and even the schedule. If you have any questions regarding these locations or the program please contact us.
