Due to popular demand we've added another Riding Clinikk to the Los Angeles area. Come join us from 10am - 1 pm on October 8th in Redondo Beach for a 3 hr. Riding Clinikk.
These specialized classes will focus on the riding basics of propulsion, balance, & acceleration.
Come join us the next day on Sunday the 9th for CicLAvia. A ride through the streets of downtown Los Angeles. See below for details.

Inspired by Ciclovía, the original, weekly street closure event in Bogotá, Colombia, CicLAvia opens LA streets to pedestrians and bicyclists, creating a temporary web of public space on which residents of Los Angeles can walk, bike, socialize, celebrate and learn more about their own city. On 10/9/11, 10.5 miles of roadways will temporarily close to car traffic and open for recreational purposes. From Boyle Heights to Downtown, MacArthur Park to East Hollywood, Chinatown, and South LA, CicLAvia encourages Angelenos to not only make active use of their streets, but to rediscover the roadways and neighborhoods that too often go unnoticed in a car. We will meet at 11am at the City Hall south lawn. See route map for location.

We choose our locations based on a variety of factors: interest / dealer location / season / “destination location” / etc
Some things to consider are:
- Which best fits your calendar? Do you want to bring your spouse, close relative, business partner, etc??
- Hotel price /package. – You are never obligated to stay in the chosen hotel. Since that is often where at least some of the classes are held, you may need to make sure you are within trikking distance, or have transportation to and from.
- Will you even need a rental car anyway? – We often choose a hotel that is close enough to an airport that a shuttle or taxi may be less expensive. A shuttle may also be provided by the hotel.
- Within driving distance? (You’ll have wheels while you’re there, and can BYOtrikke.)
We keep Academy classes to a maximum of 25 sign-ups/people, -- plus guests. Class size does vary based on a variety of factors. Please call to see if we are sold out/at capacity/full. There are advantages to both bigger and smaller classes.
Academies are not cookie cutter. Each location is different, and definitely plays a role in the flow, the tone, and even the schedule. If you have any questions regarding these locations or the program please contact us.
